In our 12-week hybrid academy participants learn how to enact policies, budget, build a coalition, and run a campaign that advances educational justice at the district level.

School board leaders are paired with grad student researchers for our 10 week fellowship. Fellows work together to create an educational justice intervention plan for their specific district.

We support alumni success in their roles through 1:1 coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement support. We help ensure leaders have support when navigating the realities of local implementation.
We convene quarterly online peer led community professional learning sessions that center current challenges school boards face & invite partner organization that can assist in problem solving.
